Software is only half the job.

The code is rarely the hard part. Whether you're building something new, improving an existing product, or exploring how AI fits your business, our role is to help you make the right engineering decisions before, during, and after development.

Where We Can Help

What we build.

01

Custom Web Applications

Software designed around your business, your users, and the way your team actually works — including the UI/UX design and API work that ties it together.

02

Mobile Applications

Reliable mobile experiences that remain easy to use, maintain, and improve over time.

03

AI Applications & Automation

AI isn't the answer to every problem. But when it's the right tool, it can transform the way a business operates.

04

Product Engineering

Helping products evolve through better architecture, cloud infrastructure, and continuous improvement.

05

Technical Consulting

Technical guidance for founders and teams making important product and engineering decisions.

06

Game Development

Interactive experiences built with the same engineering discipline as every other product we create.

How Engagements Work

How we work together.

Project-Based

Best when you already know what you need to build. We scope the work together, agree on a fixed price before anything starts, and you get a defined outcome — not an open-ended clock. Ideal for a new product, a specific feature set, or an MVP with a clear finish line.

Monthly Retainer

Best when the work doesn't really end — your product keeps evolving and you want someone who already knows the codebase keeping it that way. Priced around a consistent monthly capacity rather than re-quoting every few months, so you get continuity instead of re-scoping. Ideal for continued development and long-term technical ownership.

Fixed-Price Consulting

Best when you need clarity before committing to a build — a second opinion on architecture, a technical audit of what you already have, or a feasibility check on an idea. Fixed price, fixed timeline, no open-ended discovery. Often the first step before a project or retainer engagement, once we both know what's actually needed.

What We Won't Build

  • WordPress websites
  • Landing-page-only projects
  • No-code implementations
  • Pixel-perfect cloning jobs
  • Ultra-low-budget work

Questions get answered quickly, trade-offs discussed openly, and problems surfaced early — no account managers relaying messages, no context lost in handoffs.

Common questions.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope — a short consulting engagement can wrap in weeks, while a full product build typically runs several months. You'll get a real estimate during scoping, not a generic range.

What drives the budget?

Scope, timeline, and how many platforms you need — not hourly billing. Project-based work is priced upfront once scope is defined; retainers are priced around a consistent monthly capacity.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. On project-based engagements, you own everything built for you once the engagement is complete.

Not sure which engagement mode fits?

That's normal — most people aren't sure at the start. We figure it out together during the first conversation, based on what you're trying to build and how it's likely to evolve, not a form you fill out upfront.

What if it's not working out?

We'd rather have that conversation early than let it drag on. Retainers aren't long-term lock-ins, and project-based work is scoped upfront specifically so "this isn't working" rarely comes up mid-build. If priorities change, we talk it through and find a clean stopping point together.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — happy to sign one before we get into specifics, if that helps you feel comfortable sharing details early.
